Things do get worse. One of the partners in my company had his house broken into 5 months ago, during the break in, he went after the guy, the guy then stabbed him in the hand sending him to the hospital. He was alright after a few stiches. Well Friday he came home from work to see that his patio door was smashed, guys apparently broke in and stole three computers and all the 'gold' in the house. During the robbery a lady across the street saw three guys in a pick-up truck in his driveway and didn't bother to do anything, not even take a tag number.
