The only thing I can offer is this...I've used a black Sharpie permanent marker to fill or otherwise hide minor imperfections in black leather seats. Clean it well with soap and water, allow it to dry completely, apply your permanent Sharpie pen ink, being careful to fill only the spot of the scratch. Allow it to dry then reapply if needed. Then, I apply a coat of Lexol to protect everything. Might not be the cost-no-object solution, but it's worked for me! Good luck.
