Unfortunately the trial version doesn't allow you to create images aboe 300MB, but I was able to unlock the program by using one of the registration codes I found in Google Groups. the original image was created using the UDF file system, but UltraISO creates it using CDFS. Make sure to name the volume NAV_DB. now i just need to figure out where the map info needs to be on the disc.
I do have the correct ISO, I can say that because even when I put in the "faulty" DVDs , maps do display after about 10 mins, of course it takes another 10 mins for it to update even after moving just 1 block.

My problem is that all the burnt DVDs just dont work properly in my system, I dont think there is any problem with my drive as the original just works flawlessly.
