She is a loudmouthed comedienne with a big head of red hair. Her stock in trade is ripping on celebs. She says much of what we all think of celebrities. She's been on "Seinfeld", was on the Brooke Shields sitcom "Suddenly Susan". She's been in other stuff too but I can't think of what it is. She is, as she says of herself, a D list celeb.
