Tell them that sometimes the Nav Computer disapears or the map screen freezes, then when you turn the ignition off and then on again you get a different type of display with blocky text and no Nav option (look for screen shots of the old Nav system, V18 or earlier). The style is like this :
Then they will either update the OS or swap out the nav computer, either way you should get the latest OS!
