I guess my area was lucky. I live in Rockland County which is about 25 miles Northwest of NYC, and there wasn't any flooding here at all. Yesterday just seemed like a normal day with some rain -- nothing extreme.

But if this kind of weather continues around the country, they're going to have to build an Arc soon.

It seems like there's been more floods in the last year in the United States than in any time I can remember.
