Windows Media Player help!

This is just killing me that I can't figure it out and the Net is devoid of any help. I did all kinds of searching on Google and it has left me hanging. When the error occurs and I click on the Web Help button it takes me to a MS WMP page that tells me there is no additional information on the problem.

I'm getting a C00D11C6 error when I try to stream video. The error dialog box basically tells me I'm running low on memory and that I need to close some programs. I have no other programs running other than WMP and I have 1GB of RAM. I look at my running programs in Task Manager and there aren't many aside from the basics. Besides, 1GB should be plenty.

What gives?
