Thanks for replys guys!

You havent said any bad points against the X5 like servicing costs etc, i live in the UK and the fuel prices are stupid but still lokking at a early 4.4 sport because i dont do a lot of miles, got van for work so only use my car on a weekend.

Ive looked at all the 4x4 you have said but i agree the X5 is the best of them, one of the worrys i have is that i have always had sports cars with 300bhp or more. I am worried that i would get bored of the lack of performace compared to a sports car, i know there is no way u can compare a sports car to an X5 but thats my worry.

What i like about the X5 is that it suits my lifestyle bit better now with kids and dirt bikes on a weekend i could hook up a trailer, i also go on some runs to coast so it would be good to just put cruise on and sit back, and also put screens in back for kids (and mates!!) and for me the 22" wheels ive seen!

So to you guys will prob sound like ive made up my mind on an X5 but still unsure if i can live with the lack of performance. (i say lack of performance i mean compared to what i drive now coz i know the 4.4 if 7.0 to 60mph which is no where near slow)

Thanks guys any more thoughts would be great!!!!!
