I can vouch for this. I've been to his office. He is the Chairman, but he misquoted his title.
He is not the Chairman of Medical Specialties.
He IS the Chairman of Medical Supplies.
But not the supplies everyone is used to. What he does is hide behind the curtain and when people walk by, he jumps out and yells "SURPLIES!!!"
