There's a new phone being tested overseas somewhere
that contains some type of breathalizer. It will show a video of a car weaving all over the road if your blood alcohol level is too high. It will also block predetermined phone numbers so you don't make that drunken call you will surely regret. Swear! I heard it on the radio this morning. You can't make this stuff up.
