I think you have to train your body so that you get used to the heat. I just went to the beach to catch up on some tanning yesterday, it was hot but now I can pretty much deal with the heat better. It takes time getting used to.

If you think SoCal heat sucks, what more for our Arizona and Nevada neighbors. I would probably cook my meals on my forehead if i did live there and save on gas/electricity.
