I haven't seen it. But what I do know is that there is an "independent" committee in Washington called the "Defense Policy Board" that is supposed to advise the President and the Secretary of Defense on policy decisions. Richard Perle was the chairman of this board from 2001-2004 when the decision to invade Iraq was made.

What I find most interersting about this committee is that about two-thirds of its members are on the board of directors of at least one major military hardware manufacturer or are lobbyists for a major military hardware manufacturer.
