This really bugs me too. At work I purposely park in an area of the parking lot that NO ONE hardly ever parks (a good few minutes walk across to my office building) & wouldn't you know ... some old beat up minivan or pick up truck always seems to find their way rightnextto&thisclose to my driver's side door that I can BARELY open to get in .... pisses me off to no end.
