Forget trying to replace your seat or the leather! It will cost an arm & a leg. I had a local company come out and completely restore my seats. They cleaned the seats and re-dyed them by simply rubbing in some kind of leather dye. They look amazing now like brand new! The dye never rubs off either...I was concerned at first, but it turned out so good, I even had my 540i seats done! I'm sure you can find someone where you are...
