gresch Yup - I do get a static IP for that. Yes it is a bit pricey - but what I like about it is that I get NO re-directed ports ALA: SMTP (25) http (80) etc... it is basically a clean line - I run my own mail server / nntp server / web servers / DNS etc - behind it. As it does not suffer from Broadband degradation issues I prefer the DSL route
I run a linux box and a windows advanced server 2000 on the line with great access speeds on both servers.
