Cesar...DON'T do it!!! I agree with an earlier post about the cheap looking Nissan interior. The dash looks like low grade plastic. I've got a friend that got impatient and purchased a fx35. He wanted a Rover or a X5. He regrets the move. He didn't get Nav and he settled for the small engine. I too believe that this would be a performance downgrade. If you are looking to save money, then of course you have to do what you have to do. I think you'll be disappointed. Your 4.6is is too clean to trade it. Think about it.....Phil
