Right now I don't have the Dice Ipod kit and my Ipod works fine in conjunctin w/the CD changer, so I think can just leave that as is (I don't really need the CD changer anymore, but the two are working w/o Dice).

I'm assuming you are using an AUX connection to get iPod audio in the BMW?

This should be all the info I need. You've been great! Thanks man...

The Sirius kit is OEM BMW equipment, it uses your CD Changer wiring and mounts into the location to the right of the radio tuner - The system is controlled via the steering wheel or NAV controls and will come up as an extra selection once connected.
The CD Changer (or hopefully the DICE kit) will connect to the Sirius reciever in a Master/Slave format with a specific cable.
Here are the items you will need to get you up and going:
BMW Navigation Radio Tuner Upgrade - AUX & Sirius compatible

Sirius Satellite Radio - e53 X5

If you wish to retain your CD Changer - you will need this cable as well:
ice>Link Plus & DICE iPod/Sirius Interface Cable

If you want to add the DICE to integrate the iPod to the system, you will need this kit, this already includes the Sirius interface cable:

As always, let me know if you have any further questions.
