I'm going to assume you mean "charging".

Yes, I have one and I have had intermittent charging problems. For one thing, the tube it charges in is very tempermental. If they headset is not in just right the tiny contacts lose contact and no charging happens. The battery life has had some good days and some really bad days. I've even used the AAA battery charger to extend some life out of the original charge and it didn't seem to work. I think it's the charging process that might be giving you problems. The contacts might not be just so to keep charging.

I haven't even used it lately. I've been carrying around a Razr and a Blackberry so I didn't want another gadget. I do love the sleek design and the fit is excellent, especially with the optional ear loop. The sound is also very good. You can hear even in the middle of a loud concert; unfortunately you can't be heard though.

I'll give it another go to see how my battery holds up.
