I did a quick search on eBay for "bmw mud flaps". Multiple hits on the US eBay site, including many for X5 models. The UK eBay site showed lots of X3's, but no X5 flaps in the UK (but several US listers said they would ship worldwide).

UK dealers can't or won't get the mud flaps for you? If that is the case, I wonder how much an eBay seller would charge you to ship to the UK?
