Yes It is compatible and is issued by BM as a single multi country disc.

I just wanna know what differences it will have to 27.1. and when it comes, I remember someone mention late summer?

I know the Roadmap Europe DVD is out in November 06 (2007-01). Again though I dont know what differences will be on that but I assume mainly POI's and detail.
