I am comfortable in anything whether it be jeans and cowboy boots, a business suit, or shorts and flip flops with no make up and hair up in a clip. But nothing feels better or makes me feel sexier than being dressed up in a nice cocktail dress, sexy slingback heels, and something nice underneath.

Well... that would all depend on the "mood"...
But I am with you on the getting dressed up part... being able to slip on something nice, a beautiful new dress, the hair and make up that go along with it, some nice heels... I love it.
But I also love to slip on a pair of lounging pants, and a tee... my mans socks - hair in a ponytail and just relax.
