It is really amazing how much crap one can accumulate. I have so much "just in case" junk it's unbelieveable. I am definitely making my best effort to toss out the stuff I don't need or haven't used for a long time. (Yes, I am keeping my twig and berries.)
The move went pretty well despite the super hot temperatures. My buddy and I knocked out it pretty quickly although there is still a bunch of crap at my old house. It's all the little things that you don't know what to do with or just can't be bothered with. The garage seemed like the biggest headache. It had lots of junk stashed in there and I wanted my new garage to be neat and organized so that took some time. My buddy was shaking his head at the car parts I have stored because they were replaced by better/different parts. Headlights, taillights, steering wheel, exhausts, wheels and tires, etc, etc.
Now if only I had phone service at the new house.... I'm going to get digital phone service hooked up. At least Time Warner Cable already has the enhanced 9-1-1 service that displays your address if you should pass out after dialing.
