In addition to the BT module, you need a BT antenna, BT antenna cable, phone eject box, and adapters for the BT module and eject box. (If your car was built on or after 04/02, then it would plug straight in with no adapters.)

I do not have my ETK handy, but BMW makes a kit for around $250 that has pretty much everything you need (adapters, eject box, antenna, etc.) except the module. Your local dealer should be able to find the kit PN for your car.
