6-series ACS type IV on X5 4.4 does not work

I am thinking of buying a set of used 20" (9" and 10") AC Schnitzer type IV wheels originally mounted on a 6-series, for my std X5 4.4 is, but am a bit concerned about the offset difference.
According to my calculations (base on ACS and Swedish distributor spec's) , fiddling with spacers or not, the front wheel would stick out 7 mm compard to ACS std X5 setup, rear would extend 10mm.
Compared to OEM typ 87 wheels, it would be +30mm front and +17mm rear outstick.
I have no flares or nothing, so I wonder if someone with a standard 20" OEM 87 set would help me estimate what it would look like with these ACS wheels?
Do I need to plan for 4.6 or 4.8 flares too?
I just love those rims so I hate to miss this opportunity.
