AC Schnitzer supply the Mark IV racing wheel not the light alloy for the X5 with 9 and 10 in twenty inch front and rear respectively. They provide an offset of 35 on the front and 23 on the rear to fit a standard ie non flared arch.

The Adaption kit for the front is Part Number - 361342120
The adaption Kit for the rear is Part Number - 361342130

These numbers are the ACS listed part numbers, I think BMW use there own numbers but use the last three of the ACS number.

Anyway these are the designed offsets recommended and supplied by ACS.
