Hi, the gauge removal is not difficult at all. Just unscrew 2 torx (??) screws at the top to the gauge (where the plastic lip is), make sure the steeringwheel is all the way to the driver and as lowest as possible. Then you'll need to disconnect 3 plugs and it's out. The hardest part is taking the gauge apart as it's a PITA. There are 6 screws witch you needto turn a bit so they can slide through. It's difficult because they always slide back in the original position, but after 20 minutes I had it apart. Installing the rings is easy. The two big rings you'll need to turn and push at the same time, to get them through the holes. I hope this helps.
