Mothers (and your wives) deserves utmost respect, I am not questioning that here.
My hypothetical question was intended to prove that there are some situations (especially in Northern America) breast-feeding in public is not very adequate thing to do as some of the posts here indicated.
Would you judge a person who feels uncomfortable after spotting someone blowing the snot out of the nose? I feel certain things are better kept private.

I was in topless bar in LV while ago, there was a dancer who approached me have me buy lap-dances. Since I remembered her from my last visit, and we were having conversation..
