Not on older X5, but it is available on the newer X5s. Don't remember which option/package it is. But you can also retrofit it,
see article.
Auto-fold-on-lock is not a key-config option. The weak auto-fold motors will probably break in 2 or so months if they do that. But I have seen on MBs.
