Hey Jwilburn, darn that man. I had the same accident. I have the same car like you do, Siena Red 2002, the same set up Alu. Boards, 19s style 63. I live in VA as just like you do, I live in Arlington too. Well, my car hasnt got fixed due to other party insurance is not paying. How the heck could this be true? Are we twins? Anyway, man my wife was rear ended 45 days ago, and the other guys insurance company seemed to have lost contact with the guy that hit us. They say they can't no do anything until they have contacted him and have him authorized to go a head with the case. I contacted my agent they scared me by I have to wait or they can pay but it would effect my premium and the worst thing is my $500 deductible. Man, how in the world would his insurance has to get his authorization to go ahead with the case. Its all his fault. I am really pissed but on the other hand i have to wait since I don't want to pay anything. Anyway, GO SIENA RED.
