when i accelerate and am in an enclosed space like a driveway i hear a gurgling sound coming from below the car. On my last car the culprit was the heat shield around the cat, is it possible that thats the cause?

also at speeds 60+ my right side vibrates due to probably the wheel, i dont see a bubble but could it be balance or alingmnet?
