bmwx5lover is on a distinguished road
Sorry to hear that, but thats TOTALLY TRUE. I bought my 2003 4Runner brand new, its been 3 years and have not taken it in for repair once. Nothing wrong with it, nada, except for oil change of course. Brake, engine, windows, eletrical, lights, everything works perfectly. While my X5 after 4 months of ownership, i have to take it in twice, one for light socket corrosion they ask $260, one for windows regulator $430. and the driver side lock doesnt unlock either. Well, if I can afford the luxury of the BMW X5 (at least the name) than I don't bother complaining. Well, my V8 4runner runs smoother than my X5, if you ask. But i like the X because its the BMW X5 not Toyota. Can you believe this, in 2 days that i drove both the X and the 4Runner to work, the same man at the entrance react different. One is "Good morning Sir" and the other is "Whats up buddy?" You should know what sentence belong to which situation. Good luck with your X.
