Are you 100% positve that the Blitzsafe unit is comaptible with the 2006 X5? I saw on http://www.logjamelectronics.com/blitzbmwminisld00.html
that this is not compatible if you have BMW Assist, which I do.

Also, can you explain an easy way to locate the CD changer cables? I don't have a changer installed so it may take some searching for the connectors?
