can't be the case if it's at the dealer. $82K MSRP w/ destination plus the mandatory gas guzzler on 06's for $3700 already puts you at 86K.. where are you accounting for the taxes?

On the other hand, there is (was?) a "base" M5 sitting in the showroom with an MSRP of around $86k after all the taxes. I think it wasn't an order since it was open for everyone to play around and sit in. But it's gone now.
