I thank you for your response. Your explanation of the CPT 9000 "wiring" clarifys the issue and mystery for me.

My BMW dealer spokesperson (aka, saleswoman) told me the Motorola V60s (CPT 9000) "was a Bluetooth enabled phone". Based on this fact, its no wonder why I've been out of my mind trying to sort this out. Throughout all of what I read in the various posts, nothing ever said it was a wired phone...

Lesson learned, talk to the service manager.........

Verizon currently offers the V710 as a Bluetooth option and has a cradle for it, this is the route I'll go, along with the '05 ULF module
