Just a thought: I would give some serious thought about quoting someone elses opinion? First of all it's just that " an opinion" by an imperfect person. Secondly it dangerious since you don't have all the facts regarding his experience. (Remember opinions are like noses, everybody has one and they are all different). And thirdly it leaves out your own experience and education regarding the issues. My suggestion (and mind you it's just a suggestion) is to reduce the inflamitory rhetoric and at least use some of this intellectual energy to suggest a pragmatic approach regarding what to do to solve the issue. Doing that IMHO would at least set the example regarding peaceful relations.
