I HATE cell phones! I do not use unless absolutely necessary. That being said, I know others must. I think it is rude to use in all cases shown above, unless of course it is an emergency. If I need to use my phone in any situation above, I pick myself up and go outside or where I am alone.
Hows about the little bimbo that seems to feel it is necessary to talk on her cell phone about the great BJ she gave some guy the night before while she is in line, at the counter, in front of me at the deli in the morning....True story.
