Noida is in north, suburbs of New Delhi. As Dr Smith said, only drink good bottled water or pop. Hope you staying at good hotel. I don't recommend eating food other than some very nice restaurant or the ones in your hotel(hopefully you staying at a nice hotel chain). Dollar after conversion goes a long way. I believe its something like $1= 48 of local curency.

You don't seem to have enough time for sight seeing, otherwise Udaipur Lake Palace (as seen in bond movie Octopussy) is a nice place and not too far from New Delhi. I have not been there in decade and half so my info is old. Someone else may chime in.
