Think about it: most traffic bottlenecks are caused by peoples' inability to pass slower traffic and it causes a chain reaction.

I'm seriously going to start a website called keeptotheright.org lol ... yeesh.
I HATE slower drivers thats always the case here, I have no patience for it, just flick my Xenon-hi Beams and blind em until they move over
