Think about it: most traffic bottlenecks are caused by peoples' inability to pass slower traffic and it causes a chain reaction.

So that's where all the clueless drivers out here come from .... hmmmm. Even freaking huge a$$ trucks drive 30mph in the left (FAST) lane ...

Drives me nuts! This is so not the case where I am from (East Coast) .... they know the left vs. right lane driving rules ...
