In my town, we get some absent minded drivers but rarely with the "Metropolitan Attitude."

Yeah - tell me about it! A while back some kid/dude in an old beat up car cut ME off, I glance over & give a simple head shake & then HE chases me down like a
madman, all
like he was "looking" for something ... good thing I didn't give him the
(back home those gestures were exchanged w/out threat) ... who's knows, he probably was packing too!
