absolutely, when I was growing up in Ukraine a school uniform for both boys and girls was mandatory. I'm not sure that I fully agree with it only because it turns school into a military type of an environment but it definitely would get rid of jealousy as well as other things that could cause problems between kids. even if uniforms arent inforced I think some form of at least proper attire should be required starting with no pants below the waist line. Thats just plain disgusting
