Wow...Some people are just like that I guess...My brother used to work at a Ford/Lincoln dealership, and he's the sloppiest guy on the planet...Shirt not tucked in, wrinkled, mismatched suits, etc..He had several "regular" customers, and he always called them by their first name, asked about the kids, that kind of stuff....they would come in and demand that he assist them, or they wouldnt buy the car...He made over $62,000 in commision in 2004...When he left, those customers left as well...The answer? They just "liked" him....
