Everyone makes fun of the "Herb Tarlick's" of the world, but you know what? They know their customers and the customers identify with them. Who do you think joe bluecollar wants to buy his next car from? Joe Suit? or another Joe Bluecollar? It's the same with high end models, Joe Stuffedshirt wants to buy his car from Joe Armanisalesguy....
