RESOLVED. The ULF Module 84.21 6-934552-02 was in deed installed under the Nav DVD Player in the rear compartment on the left side. For some strange reason the ULF was unplugged. Possibly an oversight when the Sirus unit was installed (I don't know). Anyway, I removed the black plastic floor board piece, plugged the ULF back in. Verified "Telephone" on the Nav Menu. Followed the direction to pair the phone. And VOLA!!! after a few second it looks like all 218 entries from my address book were downloaded. Made a couple of test calls. Works like a CHAMP!!!!

Interestingly I also discovered another module labeled "BlitzSafe". Description on back states it's BWM 3 & 5 1996-2003 Apline Changers 601, 602, 630, 634 - BWM/ALP DMX v1. Any idea what this does?
