+1. Add my vote to this very concise and accurate summary.
I would also ask whether you are getting a gas cooktop so that you can cook better, or for the look of it in the kitchen. As a cook with both a six burner and a separate four burner gas cooktop, I won't go back. Make sure you get a commercial vent hood as well. If you don't care about the performance as much, don't spend the money for a commercial-looking cooktop, there are lots of decent home ones.
