Cleaning it up, huh? That could actually be some prime property if planned right...I remember being in line at Nathans in the summer of '87 when a full scale shootout took place across Surf Ave..everybody laid down on the ground with their food in their hands..Nobody wanted to drop the dogs!

When was the last time you were in NY? Don't get me wrong, you don't want to be wandering up the side streets but the main drag on Surf is lit up. So is the block where Garguilios Restaurant is.
Alot of the neighborhoods are turning around. You gotta see what's going on down in the low number streets and avenues - is that Park Slope - you know like 6th Street and 7th Ave area. I used to cringe when I went to friends houses down there in HS. Very different now. All yuppies, cafes, restaurants. Who woulda figured...
