If you are a daily coffee drinker - the first few days are tough no doubt ... you have caffeine withdrawal headaches ... however, if someone wanted to "break" a caffeine or say even a nicotine habit - it's a good way to help get rid of those cravings/desires for them. I notice that (personally) coffee makes me more hungry that if I don't have it at all. Sugar makes me crave more sugar & more sugar = fat. Coffee & sugar makes one "feel good" in one way - & eating pure food "fruits & veggies" makes one feel good in another. Sorry for the
