The word from the German page is that the graphics appear to be slightly faster with v28 and that the NAV TMC (Traffic Management System) now receives advisors with the radio turned off. To you US types who accept no "needless Government intervention" there is nothing offered here. Now IF there was a national traffic management system like most European Countries...... But there's not, so there you have it.
