I want to remove the XM commander from the existing ashtray installation to a trunk installation. An ebay listing has this bundle:

Pioneer GEX-P920XM tuner
12" IP-BUS Cable
P.I.E. BMW/PC-PIOX Interface
Antenna.

However, the http://www.pie.net/index-2.cfm

the P.I.E. BMW/PC-PIOX Interface works only Vehicles without "DSP" only.

My BMW has the DSP

What do the gurus on this forum think...would the non DSP interface work on my DSP radio?
