I don't know what the answer is or if there needs to be one but hate it when you hear stories of babies killed by dogs.
It is a worry in this day and age when in the park or whatever letting the dogs of the lead.
How annoying is it when your out walking the dog how some folks let their youngs one run up to your dogs their hands out screaching at the top of their voce how cute your dogs is or the owner who has no control of their dog who is of the lead running about like a nutter winding your dogs up. |
So your concern is mainly the OWNER taking the dog off its lead, again, the OWNER is the problem...not the animal.
